  • Inquiry form data: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, clinic/company name, area of inquiry, and message content that you voluntarily submit.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through server logs for security and performance purposes.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide samples (contract performance / pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to secure and operate the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); and for marketing communications only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Data Recipients and Cross-Border Transfer

Your inquiry data is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider and is accessible only to authorized MJJ Oral Care sales and export staff. If you are located in the EU/EEA, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in China. Such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate contractual commitments. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

5. Retention Period

Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after our last communication with you, unless a business relationship is established, in which case records are kept as required by commercial and tax law. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
